Neighborhood Beautification Committee:
This is the committee for the neighbors with green thumbs. The committee establishes and maintains maintains flower beds and other plantings in the common spaces and calls any issues to attention of management. link to sign up form
Children and Young People in Brookside Committee:
We’d love to have a committee to plan events to help our children get to know one another, such as the free-throw competition at the basketball court or special events at the pool. The committee might helps to care for the playground and basketball court and call any issues to the attention of management. link to sign up form
Events Committee plans events to get the community together maybe including pool opening and pool closing parties and holiday events. link to sign up form
Serve on Brookside Board:
The Board is a committee of Brookside homeowners who have a fiduciary responsibility to care for the property. It calls for homeowners who want to work together to enhance our community. Special skills that are useful on the Board are: knowledge of construction and maintenance, knowledge of landscape management, non-profit administration, legal and accounting, and maintaining relationships within the community.
