Association Responsibilities

• Common Area Sidewalks & Curbs -maintenance, repairs, replacement and snow removal.
  Common Ground -lawn mowing, chemical applications, reseeding and leaf removal.
  Private Roadways (Heather, Harvest, Buttonwood, Greentree, Pinetree, Black Oak, East Ridge, Winterset, Rosetree and Cedar Mews) -maintenance and snow
  removal.
• Recreational Facilities ( clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, tennis courts and basketball courts) -maintenance, repairs and replacement.
• Street Lights and Street Signs (Other than Braeburn & Whitman) -maintenance, repairs and replacement.
• Trees & Shrubbery -fertilization, trimming and replacement. Tree & Shrubbery Beds -edging, remulching, weeding and chemical applications.

Other Responsibilities:

• Curbs Along Township Roads – replacement by Newtown Township Public Works Department upon notification.
• Roadways (Braeburn, & Whitman) – maintenance, repairs and replacement by Newtown Township.
• Snow Removal (Braeburn & Whitman) by Newtown Township.
• Street Lights (Braeburn & Whitman) – Newtown Township Public Works Department.
• Cluster Mail Boxes – Newtown Post Office
