- Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
- Owners are responsible for the immediate removal of solid waste left on common ground by their dog
- Owners are solely liable for any action or activity of their dog.
- Owners are responsible for obeying the laws of Newtown Township regarding their dog.
Please be a good dog owner:
- Do not let your dog bark incessantly while outside or through the open windows of your home at odd hours.
- Do not let your dog run up to strangers, regardless of your dog’s disposition.
Failure to be a responsible dog owner in our community will result in action by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Implementation of Fines Policy.
